To the Unknown Caller

I guess my info is pretty readily available so I just want to speak to the Unknown caller that keeps calling my cell:

If you block your number I WILL NEVER answer your call. If you don't leave a message I will not call you back. I screen!

Just had to get that off my chest...I am sick of the restricted calls every other hour!
