Prayer

I went to the hospital today to visit my Aunt Judy. She has stage 4 bladder cancer and it has spread to her lymphnodes. PLEASE pray for her, my uncle Robert, and cousin Caitlin. I am still asking God to heal her. She is in a great amount of pain. I was able to visit with her today and pray with her and hug her sweet neck. I am reminded once again of the fragility of life and what really matters.

Girl, I am gonna tell you what one of my friends who is a minister once told me in a similar situation. We were praying for a friend of mine, and he knew that I was begging and pleading with God to heal this woman, and so before he prayed he said this. "As long as there is breath and life left in her, God has the ability to heal, but above all we ask for His will".

So when I first remembered this, I had a certain portion of what he said that I was gonna point out to you. But see what the Lord tells you, if anything out of that. (and let me know!!) I will be praying too...

Jenny - I am so sorry about your Aunt. I just started a Prayer Page on my blog and the Lord is already sending people my way. I would love for you to stop in and put your Aunt Judy (and family) on there in the comments section. I will be lifting requests up DAILY.

In Him,
Beth

I prayed for your Aunt Judy. Just hang in there and keep your faith and encourage your Aunt to keep her own faith strong. Let us see what the Lord can do! In Jesus name.
