Whirlwind

Here is a rainbow that the LORD put in the sky "for me" (LOL) the other day. I had to get out of the car in 3 different places to take pics. He was shooting them everywhere!!

Here is a long shot of my group last night. For those of you that missed, I can't wait to see you Tuesday!!

There is Bethie at the other end.

Here are some of the name tags I made. I put ribbon through them for the girls to wear. I decided not to do boring name tags.

Matthew 24:35

35Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.

Bible study was great last night. We thought the weather was going to deter everyone but I just prayed that God would bring those precious women and hold off any storms. He did. We had 70 ladies and about 15 that could not be there for various reasons. I loved meeting new people and it just melts my heart when I see that many woman come desperate for a word from God. They came to meet with Him and I pray that they love every ounce of studying the book of esther. Thank you for caring and praying. Love Jenny

Isaiah 55:1-3a, 6-11
Invitation to the Thirsty
1 "Come, all you who are thirsty,
come to the waters;
and you who have no money,
come, buy and eat!
Come, buy wine and milk
without money and without cost.

2 Why spend money on what is not bread,
and your labor on what does not satisfy?
Listen, listen to me, and eat what is good,
and your soul will delight in the richest of fare.

3 Give ear and come to me; hear me, that your soul may live.

6 Seek the LORD while he may be found; call on him while he is near.

7 Let the wicked forsake his way
and the evil man his thoughts.
Let him turn to the LORD, and he will have mercy on him,
and to our God, for he will freely pardon.

8 "For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
neither are your ways my ways,"
declares the LORD.

9 "As the heavens are higher than the earth,
so are my ways higher than your ways
and my thoughts than your thoughts.

10 As the rain and the snow
come down from heaven,
and do not return to it
without watering the earth
and making it bud and flourish,
so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater,

11 so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.

Oh, I wish I could come...my schedule just won't allow it...I have to get my bible study pals to come to my house...isn't that selfish?! I know, but I appreciate it especially during this season.

I'm so glad to see all the women there to study and fellowship together. May God bless your time!

Hey Jenny!
Thanks for stopping by the "Sista-Hood" today!
I tell you what...I almost lost it posting the pics. of Ansley and Andrew going off to college....What a HUGE day in our lives. All I can say to you is...CHERISH EVERY MOMENT! They will pass by so quickly. When other Sistas, would tell me that - I would think - No, they don't past by fast - I'm home all day with them about to pull my hair out...but, like the word says..when I was a child I spoke as a child...and I can honestly say..that the days turn to weeks, weeks to months and months to years...and Kindergarten to Senior in minutes!sniff ~sniff~
BTW - I loved your name tags - I make mine on the computer - I have about 100 to make for our Esther study, but I would love homemade ones...did you purchase the tags or do you have one of those fancy crickets???
Bless you my Sista!
Love,
Sista Staci =)

Awesome name tags Jenny! So glad you shared the pictures. We were going to start Esther last night but twice as many ladies showed up as they had books for - a good problem for sure!

i bought the name tag things from the dollar tree. I had to buy like 8 packs they were something you use for scrapbooking. I just used them to do name tags. I was going to get on the computer and i bought all the stuff to make them that way and I ran into those tags at the dollar tree and just ran ribbon through them.
