People I was making my own workout tape tonight and it just got out of hand. This is a very short version! At least I make myself laugh is all I have to say. Why drink when you can have so much fun on your own! I saw a workout video on Mandys blog (she is on my blogroll) and I just had to get in on the fun for myself. This is called Spazzdancer! Rod taped several versions but his phone length just doesn't make it long.
