My Help Comes From the LORD

NIV Psalm 121:1 A song of ascents. I lift up my eyes to the hills-- where does my help come from?
2 My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.
3 He will not let your foot slip-- he who watches over you will not slumber;
4 indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.
5 The LORD watches over you-- the LORD is your shade at your right hand;
6 the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night.
7 The LORD will keep you from all harm-- he will watch over your life;
8 the LORD will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.

I have been standing on the very first few lines of this verse for the past couple of days now. That's as far as my heart can get (insert realization that I am desperate and clinging to it's life giving truth). You sound battle weary sweet sister. I must confess that my own heart took a wound tonight, so I'm going to go let Jesus tend to me. I realized that I need your email (if you have one and that's allowed), b/c I have had moments where I just want to say hello or love or blessings or help! (lol), but wanted to spare everyone else on your blog :)
He is ever-near to the brokenhearted and faint...
